The villas offer expansive villas with top-tier amenities for high-net-worth individuals
An ultra-luxurious community of expansive villas, each with more than 25,000sqft of built-up area, an infinite edge pool, a private cinema, and a rooftop garden has been launched in Dubai. The community — located within Meydan — has just 10 of these Mews Mansions and is all set to become home to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and celebrities.
The villas — with prices starting from Dh59 million and going up to Dh70 million — offer residents a view of the Dubai skyline and have a centralised vacuum system that cleans every floor with the switch of a button.
Demand for luxury properties in Dubai has risen steeply in the last few years. Several recent surveys have shown that the UAE has one of the largest demands for the luxury sector globally, particularly in real estate, as more HNWIs have flocked to the country after the pandemic.
Thomas Wan, managing partner of Refine Development Management, said the company went the “extra mile” when designing the houses. “The customisation on this project is one of a kind,” he said. “A lot of high-profile clients are interested in that, and some are names that we know. But as of now, we haven’t officially accepted any interest yet, so we can’t reveal anything.”
The five-bedroom villa has a basement and three floors, equipped with some of the most luxurious amenities and will be set in plots ranging from 15,000-16,000sqft. In the basement, the mansion has a cigar lounge, a private cinema, a gym with steam and sauna, and a temperature-controlled cellar.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom among other amenities. The backyard has a 25-metre infinity edge pool, a seating area, and an outdoor facility. A maid’s quarters and driver’s room are located outside the house, complete with its own kitchenette and bathroom. The uppermost floor has only a master bedroom with walk-in closets, an outdoor patio with a jacuzzi, and a seating area with a fireplace.
There is a kitchen and pantry on every floor with a dumb waiter running through the floors of the house to send meals up and down. A central garbage and laundry chute helps make cleaning easy and efficient. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The villa has been designed with glass sliding doors and open spaces to let in natural sunlight but also give a high level of privacy on all floors.
Located along the Meydan Golf Course, the Mews Mansions is just a 10-minute drive away from Downtown Dubai. Construction is currently underway, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of the year.
A show villa will be completed by this summer.
Launched by Dubai General Properties, along with Forbes Global Properties and Refine Development Management, the architecture of the villas has been crafted by the acclaimed A&D Studio while the interiors have been curated by Olsen & Partners.
Each mansion is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances from esteemed brands such as Gaggenau and Miele.
