Sobha Realty, a leading global luxury real estate developer in Dubai, has allocated an Dh260 million bonus in FY2025, for employees not already covered by incentive programmes. The decision comes on the back of Sobha\u2019s wrapping up FY2025 with Dh30 billion in sales, marking a strong 30 per cent year-on-year growth and reinforcing its position as one of the Gulf\u2019s leading luxury real estate developers, as premium residential demand across the UAE continued to accelerate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Financial momentum was reinforced by strong capital market activity. Sobha Realty\u2019s sukuk issuances attracted heavy institutional demand, with its debut offering oversubscribed by about 300 per cent and its green sukuk achieving roughly 280 per cent oversubscription, the largest green sukuk raised by a real estate developer globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
