Dubai Land Department (DLD) participated in Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025 as part of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department’s platform. Held under the theme ‘Where Talents Meet Opportunity’ from 23–25 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event highlighted DLD’s commitment to advancing Emiratisation goals, empowering national talent, and enhancing their role in the real estate sector.
Through its participation in Ru’ya 2025, DLD reaffirmed its commitment to supporting and empowering People of Determination by facilitating their integration into the labour market. The Department announced several job opportunities within external service centres (Real Estate Services Trustees), reflecting its dedication to sustainable empowerment and to providing roles that match the abilities and potential of People of Determination.
Dubai Land Department also introduced a range of job opportunities for Emirati nationals in various fields, including data science, accounting, financial auditing, law, and engineering. This contributes to creating quality opportunities that empower national talent across different specialisations in the labour market.
These efforts align with the goals of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, particularly the ‘Enhancing Emirati Competitiveness in the Real Estate Sector’ programme, which focuses on developing national talents capable of leading across various areas of the market. By investing in Emirati potential, DLD aims to prepare a qualified generation that can meet the demands of future growth and further strengthen Dubai’s position as a global real estate hub built on innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Ru’ya is recognised as a leading national platform for employment and skills development, bringing together thousands of young Emiratis this year with more than 180 entities from both the public and private sectors. The exhibition offers participants interactive experiences, specialised workshops, and practical challenges, underscoring its commitment to supporting Emiratisation and empowering Emirati talent to build a sustainable professional future.
